Which size should I choose?
DOUBLE ELEVEN jeans are true to waist size and leg fits are on the contemporary side.
We recommend you use the fit guide (found on each product page) to match your needs.
Which states & countries does DOUBLE ELEVEN ship to?
Currently we are only shipping within the United States. However, if you reside abroad, please feel free to email us and we can see if it’s possible to arrange a shipment to you. Additional shipping costs will apply.
How is sales tax calculated?
All purchases with Los Angeles County are subject to State and District sales tax (California is the only state that does both). These vary from 7.25% to 9.75% depending where you live. We will only charge you the correct district tax based on the guidelines provided here.
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders received by 6pm EST on business days will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend or National holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, please allow between 2 – 5 business days to receive your order via USPS, depending which part of the country you live.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated by the USPS current rates, based on the weight of your order and where you live in the US. Returns are free (a prepaid label is included with your order) and we will ship back one exchange transaction to you for free. Thereafter all shipments will be paid by the customer.
Sales on items with a 60% or more discount in promotional sales, will not have free returns, as all sales are final. Unless product is shipped damaged.
What types of payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.
How do I Return or Exchange and item?
Making a return or exchange is very simple.
Just make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, please fill in this form and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If orders are received after the 14 day grace period, we will have to communicate with you prior to the return in order to understand the circumstances.
If you are exchanging an item for another size, we will ship back that one exchange transaction to you for free. Thereafter all shipments will be paid by the customer.
Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at your local Post Office or find another location here.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, marked, damaged or otherwise tampered with products. All tags and labels should be in tact along with the original tube packaging.
All products that do not adhere to the above conditions will be charged at full price or returned to the customer at his or her expense.
Items being sold at 60% or more in a sale or promotion, will not be returnable, unless product is shipped damaged in some way. All sales on promotional or discounted clothing at this percentage discount are therefore final.
How long will it take to be refunded?
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the vendor. This is outside our control but we will take every measure to ensure our processing is as efficient as possible.
Can I change my order or ship to address after it’s been submitted?
If you need to modify your order in any way please contact us within 24 hours of submitting the order and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if the order has been processed and shipped the standard return and exchange process will need to be activated.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but when you place an order we automatically register you with one so you can access your order easily and receive updates. If you wish to opt out of this simply check the box on your order form.
Can I check my order status?
Yes, you can log into your account and see all your order information there.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can log into your account and track from there or additionally using the tracking number sent you in your order confirmation.
I’ve forgotten my password or username?
Your username is the email address you used to place the order. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ option at the sign in box and we will send you an email to update and change it.
